Dr. McGinnis grew up in a large Catholic family and was the youngest of six. On this episode, student Casey Rogers from Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine shares a case of a 62 year old woman with a congenital fusion.
Casey Rogers is a student in his 8th semester at Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine in West Palm Beach, Florida. Currently, he is a student intern at the Keiser University Spine Care Clinic, A Chiropractic Healthcare Facility.
Prior to his chiropractic education, he worked as a radiologic technologist for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and attained his Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science degrees from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. As well, he attended the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine for a year of Post-Baccalaureate studies.
At Keiser, Casey served as the President of the school’s inaugural chapter of the Student American Chiropractic Association and currently serves as student representative of the Research and Curriculum Committees.

Spine specialist, Dr. Hrefna Sylvia from Iceland shares two patient success stories using Cox® Technic Flexion Distraction Manipulation. The first story involves a 54 year old father with a disc prolapse resulting in foot drop. The second story is an 84 year old gentleman with severe degenerative disc disease who is unable to turn his head.
Dr Hrefna Sylvia is born and raised in a small town in the Westfjords in Iceland. In 2009 while training for an Ironman she experienced severe low back pain, that is when she first got introduced to chiropractic. Spine specialist, Dr. Victor Shu shares a story of getting a construction worker back on the job who had severe incapacitating lower back pain.
Dr. Victor Shu graduated with top honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2002, and soon after began practicing chiropractic.
As a teenager, Dr. Shu often experienced extreme back pain, which his family doctor labeled as "normal growing pains". It was not until college that Dr. Shu realized his pain was not normal, and he began researching for alternative medicine and therapies. A breakthrough happened when he visited a chiropractor, and experienced major improvement in his pain after just two sessions. That was the spark that ignited his passions for chiropractic care.

Dr. Kris Cambie from the Netherlands shares a story of a patient with multi-level cervical disc herniations.
Biography
Dr. Kris Cambie is a registered chiropractor with the Dutch Chiropractic Association, working in the Netherlands. He graduated in 2001 from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College. He furthered his studies after graduation, with a specific interest in the Cox® flexion decompression manipulation technique. Currently he is one of only three chiropractors in the Netherlands that are certified in this furthered speciality. He has two succesful practices that are equipped with Cox® series 8 tables. The practices are multidisciplinary based. They feature physiotherapy, podiatry, dietitian, personal training and massage therapy, with the intention to create a personal, well-rounded, evidence based rehab centre for each patient.
